What data we collect

The website has no forms and does not ask you to create an account. We only collect data when you contact us or visit the office:

• your name and phone number;
• car details and the documents needed for the service you request (for example registration, deregistration or an RCA quote);
• the messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider may automatically log technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security purposes.

Why we use the data

• to reply to you and provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• to meet legal obligations, such as tax and archiving requirements (Art. 6(1)(c));
• to protect our website and business (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who we share data with

We only share data as needed for the service you request: with authorities (for example DRPCIV or the local tax offices), with insurers for RCA quotes, and with providers who help us operate (website hosting, WhatsApp if you message us there, and Google for email (Gmail) and for the map, if you choose to show it). We never sell your data.

How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal archiving obligations. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us by phone, by email (autoamaintermed@gmail.com) or at the office.

If you are unhappy, you can file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

• Google Maps. The map only loads after you press “Show map”. From then on, Google may use cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Your choice is remembered in your browser so we don’t ask again.
• Fonts and icons. These are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which may receive the visitor’s IP address.

You can delete data stored in your browser at any time from its settings.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
